- Can I withdraw from the purchase? Can I return the product?

- CotaJewelry provides a special right of withdrawal for its customers: The consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 8 hours of placing the order. This request must be communicated in writing (email: cotamall.com@gmail.com) and confirmed verbally at the same time. In this case, the buyer does not incur any costs.

If you have already received the product, you are still entitled to withdraw from this contract without any reason within 30 days. The withdrawal period expires 30 days from the day on which the consumer or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by the consumer acquires physical possession of the goods. The direct cost of returning the product is borne by the consumer.

If the product is damaged or in a worn condition, the Service Provider may request compensation for damages resulting from improper use of the product. Therefore, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products whose packaging damage (opening) or temporary use makes further resale of the product impossible. This includes various toys, feeds, seed mixes, canned goods, medicinal products, technical equipment, other perishable products, vacuum-packed, soldered or foil-wrapped products.
